Returns Policy

• If you are within the UK mainland and want to return a product to us within 14 days of its delivery, it must be unused, in its original packaging and complete with instruction and owner manuals.
   
• Provided that the goods were not supplied to you by special order and are currently displayed in our catalogue or website you can return the goods.
   
• Items supplied to you by special order that are not listed in our catalogue or website may not be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on delivery.
   
• A Goods Return Number is required from offer.uk.com which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service team on 01623 741 500
   
• We reserve the right to charge a handling and re-stocking fee.
