Shopping On-line at Shop-Equip Limited is convenient, simple and very secure.

You can browse through our site as a GUEST. If you wish to purchase items from the site then you will be prompted to enter your account details before CHECKOUT. This will provide us with your contact details, invoice and delivery addresses. Please ensure you provide us with a valid e-mail address as this will be the address we send your order confirmation to.
When you visit our site again you can enter your e-mail address and password to allow you into your account to view items purchased and the progress of any orders pending.

To sign into your account select MY ACCOUNT.

Finding a Product!

You can search for a product in a number of ways:-

QUICK FIND allows you to enter details of the products you are interested in. When you select the find icon our system will then display all items which meet the criteria you entered.

CATEGORIES enables you to specific category or type of product. If you select Catering Equipment, you will then be able to narrow down your search further by selecting from the sub category . i.e Bains Marie, Base Units etc.

MANUFACTURER provides you with a pull down menu of all our suppliers. By selecting a manufacturer you will be presented with all products from that manufacturer.

Adding a Product to your shopping cart.

Once you have found the product you wish to purchase, you can add it to your shopping cart by selecting the ADD TO CART button. You can look at your shopping cart at any time by selecting the CART CONTENTS button.

If you have selected an item in error, select CART CONTENTS and tick the REMOVE box to the left of the product you wish to remove. Now select UPDATE at the bottom of the page to refresh the Cart details.

Checking Out!.

Once you have completed your purchase, select CHECKOUT. If you have not signed in then you will be prompted to either sign in or create a new account.

Once you have signed in or created your account you will be prompted to check your delivery address which you can change using the CHANGE ADDRESS button. If your address is correct then select CONTINUE.

You will now be prompted with your invoice address, again you can change this by selecting CHANGE ADDRESS.

You have three way to pay:-

Payment by Cheque.

Call me about payment options:- If you wish us to call you about different payment methods including finance. Please select this option.

Buy Online with Credit / Debit Card:- If you wish to pay On-line with your credit card this option will be transfer you through to our secure link with HSBC for card authorisation.

Before completing the order you will be provided with a full confirmation of all details. If you are happy with the details select CONFIRM ORDER.

Once you have finalised payment you will be sent a confirmation e-mail straight away. The e-mail will give you details of how to track your order On-line.
