Parts Only Warranty
If you have access to your own service engineers, why pay for unnecessary additional cover?
In the unlikely event that your cabinet requires servicing in the first year, you are free to use your own engineer. Should your engineer identify any parts that need replacing under warranty, simply send your engineers report to us and the necessary parts will be sent out to you without additional cost.
Parts & Labour Warranty

24 months parts and 12 months labour
24 months parts and 24 months labour.
As long as the cabinet is sited and operated in accordance to the manufacturer’s guidelines then there would be no call out charge for warranty related calls.
Standard Delivery Service (UK Mainland)
The standard delivery offered is recognised as an industry leading service for commercial refrigeration.
Specialist 2 person crews ensure safe handling of your refrigerated cabinets and offer delivery into your ground floor, clear access premises in a packed state. Units will be unpacked if needed to gain access to site. However, Unpacking and Positioning are additional services and not included within the Standard Delivery Service.
We are able to provide two timed delivery options on certain refrigeration products.
1. For an additional charge we can provide either AM (9am - Noon) or PM (Noon - 5pm) Delivery service.
2. Alternatively, we can provide a more specific service allowing you a 1 hour time slot between 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri.

Unpack and Position.
For those premises with limited staff and handling facilities we can offer you an Unpack and Position delivery service upgrade.
Cabinets are delivered into the premises and all packaging is removed and taken away for recycling / safe disposal. The cabinet is positioned within the correct area ready for you to plug in once sufficient time has elapsed for the compressor gases to settle.
Next Day Delivery.
For certain cabinets, we can now offer a Next Day Delivery service. Available on the UK mainland only and some postcode restrictions apply.
Next Day Delivery is made to your door (Pavement Drop) only. Please ensure that you have adequate assistance on site to take your new cabinet inside your premises. Next Day Deliveries are available up until 12 noon for same day despatch and are made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Unless otherwise specified all deliveries take place with 17 tonne lorries and there must be access for lorries to get sufficiently close to site. If you require a smaller lorry please discuss this with our sales and customer service team before placing your order.
Any restrictions on site or with access to site must be informed before an order is placed. Note that the driver(s) will not lift cabinets through windows, over counters, up/down steps/stairs or similar restrictions. Charges may apply for services outside of our normal delivery listed above.
