Whilst every effort has been made to provide current photographs, descriptions and specifications Shop-Equip Ltd and all featured manufacturers reserve the right to change specifications, illustrations, model numbers and appearance of any item without prior notification and therefore will not be held responsible for any variations.

All equipment illustrated is, unless otherwise stated, intended for commercial use and is supplied on a Business to Business (B2B) basis.



Unless otherwise stated all goods manufactured by Shop-Equip Ltd carry twelve months warranty on faulty parts or workmanship. Shop-Equip Ltd makes no warranty whatsoever in respect of items which it does not manufacture. Shop-Equip Ltd shall however assist the buyer to obtain the benefit of any applicable warranties given by a third party manufacturer or distributor. Customers must use the warranty arrangements specifically provided as stated by Shop-Equip Ltd staff or Shop-Equip Ltd publicity and marketing media.

Shop-Equip Ltd cannot be held responsible in the event of a manufacturer or distributor being unable to provide warranty, including labour and/or parts where the manufacturer or distributor has discontinued a product for any reason and parts are no longer available, or suffered bankruptcy, or is under financial administration by a Receiver.

Where an on-site visit is deemed necessary under the terms of the manufacturers/distributors warranty the cost of the visit will be bourne by the manufacturer/distributor. Whilst every effort is made to determine the cause of a fault before sending an engineer on-site it is not always possible to make a correct diagnosis.In the event that the fault is due to customer neglect, failure to operate or maintain the equipment according to manufacturer's instructions, accidental damage or abuse then

Any such cost will be charged to the customer. Wherever possible a copy of the engineer's report will be provided on request.

Wherever possible Shop-Equip Ltd will deliver from stock. Certain items are subject to a carriage cost direct from the manufacturer. In such cases, you will be contacted before your order is processed.

Delivery charges to islands, highlands and remote areas are subject to quotation and may take longer. Your order will be held until additional delivery charges have been confirmed and agreed. Delivery times given are best estimates only and cannot be guaranteed

Shop-Equip Ltd will only be held liable for damaged goods when signed for as ‘received damaged’. All damages and/or short delivery must be notified within 1 working days. (We would request that all deliveries are signed for as "received damaged" to assist with any claims made within 1 working day.

Delivery will be to kerbside only unless prior arrangements have been made. The buyer will be deemed responsible for providing facilities for off-loading delivery vehicles.

Deliveries take place between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. For large items the chosen delivery address must be accessible by an 18-ton lorry, please contact Shop-Equip Ltd if your site has any access restrictions. Failure to disclose such information may result in extra costs being incurred by a failed/aborted delivery.

If Collection and Disposal of an existing cabinet is ordered, the existing cabinet must be disconnected, clean, empty and available for collection outside of the premises.

A re-delivery fee may be charged if no one is available on site to take delivery of the goods.

A 25% restocking fee will be charged if delivery fails due to any of the points above, or if the product is returned and is not faulty.

Orders cancelled whilst goods are in transit will also be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shop-Equip Ltd advise that installation teams, stock orders etc. are not scheduled until after the goods have been delivered and inspected. Shop-Equip Ltd are unable to accept responsibility for any costs or consequential losses that may be incurred.



Goods are not sold on a trial basis. Customers should check specifications and suitability before ordering. Shop-Equip Ltd does not warrant the suitability of goods for specific applications.

Goods supplied to you by special order that are not listed in our catalogue or website may not be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on delivery.

Goods which have been incorrectly ordered or are unsuitable will only be accepted for return with prior approval from Shop-Equip Ltd. Returned goods will only be accepted within 7 days of delivery if they are correctly packed in the original packaging, with original manuals and have not been used. A restocking charge of 25% will be levied on all such goods.

Goods may not be returned without prior authorisation and a Goods Return Authorisation number from Shop-Equip Ltd. This can be obtained by contacting our customer service team on 01623 741 550.

Customers are responsible for returning goods, ensuring returned goods are suitable packed and obtaining necessary proof of delivery and receipt.



Neither party shall be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, strike, lock out industrial action, fire or other event beyond the reasonable control or either party.



Payment must be made on time, in full, and without any deduction, set-off or counterclaim. In the event that an account is outstanding, we will refer the matter to our debt collection agents, Daniels Silverman Limited, which will incur costs. Any costs incurred to collect the debt will be added to the debt, plus VAT at the prevailing rate.

You agree that you will be legally liable to pay us that surcharge and that payment of the same can be enforced against you in court. You also agree to pay interest at the relevant reference rate provided for under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, which interest is payable both after and before any judgment of the court and continues to accrue.



 All disputes arising of this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of England & Wales.
